After an initial introduction we will assess your mobile requirements, allowing Sport Mobile to tailor the package to suit your individual circumstances. This will include free minutes, text bundles and special overseas rates.

By being available on a 24 hour basis, with mobile phone support from one of our Account Managers, it takes away all the headache of contacting traditional mobile phone service providers.

All invoices are reviewed on a monthly basis enabling Sport Mobile to make sure you are on the most appropriate tariff and text bundle package.

Secure Billing

Phone records are kept secure and bills can be despatched in a printed format or on a password protected CD ROM. All bills are fully itemised with a simple summary showing top 5 numbers called and duration of minutes used for simple accounting.

All telephone records and billing information is managed by our own staff. No third parties have access to confidential call information. Secure Personal Information

Celebrities find it beneficial to keep their phone numbers secret when making outgoing calls, by not displaying the caller ID to the receiver. This is a standard security service offered by Sport Mobile. In the unfortunate event of a phone being mislaid or stolen, one call to Sport Mobile will barr all calls, 24 hours a day. A new phone will be despatched (by return), by secure courier, anywhere in the UK or overseas.

To maintain a high level of service and confidentiality, every client has a secure password for account enquiries and billing information.

Also in light of recent media intrusion your dedicated account manager will help you set-up voicemail and handset pin codes, email accounts on your handset and also swap information from old handsets to new ones ensuring old information is cleared and destroyed.

Data Protection

All mobile phone information is received by Sport Mobile directly from the networks, in a secure encrypted format. All records at Sport Mobile are securely stored and then destroyed using certified confidential data destruction after 2 months. High Street mobile phone companies keep phone records for 12 months. Security is a prime concern for all Sport Mobile Phone clients and is kept under constant review.
